General description
Increased surface area and effectiveness when compared with the corresponding Liebig condenser. Inner cooling surface gives a baffling effect, while outer cooling surface prevents creep and loss of vapour when used with low boiling liquids.

• Manufactured from 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass complying with ISO 3585 (ASTM E-438 Type 1 Class A)• Highly efficient condenser with large cooling surface making it suitable for distillation, reflux & Soxhlet extraction applications. Suitable for substances with low boiling points.• Inner cooling surface gives ′baffle′ effect• Outer cooling surface prevents ′creep′ with low boiling point liquids• Supplied with detachable plastic screw thread connectors which allow 9mm bore flexible tubing to be fitted easily and safely• Note: The CX5/25/SC condenser has a plain tube top instead of a socket joint
