Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a HCl salt of pyridoxine or vitamin B₆. It is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in the treatment of roughness, sunburn, acne, and itch of the skin.[1][2] It can also be employed in the potential management of sideroblastic anemias, depression and other disorders.[3]

Aplicación

Pyridoxine hydrochloride may be used as an EP reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by chromatography[4][5] and spectrophotometric[3][6] techniques.
