Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1, also known as Cell death protein RIP or Receptor-interacting protein 1 (RIP-1) or Serine/threonine-protein kinase RIP, and encoded by the gene name RIPK1 or RIP or RIP1, contains 1 death domain and 1 protein kinase domain. RIPK1 is localized to the cytoplasm and plays an important role in a variety of cellular pathways including the NF-κB pathway and programmed necrotic cell death (necroptosis).
Immunogen
Epitope: Near N-terminus
RIPK1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino terminus of human RIPK1.
Application
Immunohistochemistry Analysis (IHC): 2.5 μg/mL from a representative lot detected RIPK1 in mouse kidney tissue.
