General description

Tembotrione is a member of β-triketone family of herbicides that is utilized for grass and broadleaf weed control during early to mid-post-emergence of field corn.

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
Tembotrione may be used as a reference standard for the determination of tembotrione in tomato by quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEchERS) extraction method and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) followed by analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection (DAD), in honeybees by modified QuEchERS extraction followed by analysis using LC and gas chromatography (GC) combined with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS), in food samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (QTOFMS) with electrospray ionization and in plant tissues as well as water samples by DLLME, matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD), and solid-phase extraction (SPE) combined with HPLC-DAD.
