General description

  • Solid-state, with digital pressure entry and display
  • Wetted parts are SS with built-in SS vacuum sensor and valve
  • Connects to standard vacuum pumps, or any vacuum source, and any piece of laboratory equipment to regulate its pressure to ±1 torr (mm Hg)
  • Display accuracy is 0.3 % of range
  • Pressure range: 0.1 to 760.0 Torr (mm Hg)
  • Both USB 2.0 and RS232 communication ports for PC control and data logging
  • Free windows software for PC control and data logging to Excel or text file. Implements multi-step temperature ramping and real-time strip chart display

Unit measures pressure in the attached piece of equipment and compares it to the desired pressure entered into the regulator′s digital display, then opens or closes a valve between equipment and vacuum source to maintain desired pressure.

A SS needle valve is suggested for use with the vacuum regulator and is useful to limit the rate of evacuation when the regulator is attached to small reactors or other pieces of equipment.

Order SS needle valve for 120 volt unit separately (Z409561). Valve connects to back of unit.
