Anti-GFAP (SAB5700611) is a primary antibody targeting the Glial fibrillary acidic protein found in astrocytes. When used in conjunction with Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (SAB4600045) in an experiment, e.g., immunofluorescence or western blot, the goat-produced Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody (SAB4600045) would bind to the rabbit-produced Anti-GFAP primary antibody. This is because the secondary antibody is specific for rabbit immunoglobulins, and the primary antibody is produced in rabbits, thus containing rabbit IgG.
