Application

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins

SLAM-VU^proS-¹³CH₃ Kit is used to incorporate ¹³CH₃isotopomer on valine. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It is used in the detection of structurally meaningful long-range and intermolecular NOEs restraints in solid-state NMR spectroscopy
