Gene Information

human ... MMP3(4314)

Specificity

The antibody specifically reacts with precursor and active forms of human MMP-3. This is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody to human matrix metalloproteinase 3 (human MMP-3, stromelysin-1) from synovial cells. The antibody cross reacts 34% with human MMP-10.

Immunogen

Epitope: cross reacts w/hMMP-10
Human matrix metalloproteinase 3 (human MMP-3, stromelysin-1) from synovial cells.

Application

Immunoblotting (0.5 μg/mL)

Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (5-10μg/mL, PLP fixation required, not recommended for traditional formalin fixation. Immunohistochemistry on fresh frozen sections (0.5 μg/mL)
