Reconstitution

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 week at 4°C.
Reconstitute at 1 g/20 ml in boiling H₂O. Heat for 15 min at 98°C. Cool and place in the refrigerator (4°C) for 3 h. Filter off any precipitate.
