Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column. PTA-5 Capillary GC Column is a specially treated nonpolar capillary column, and is primarily dedicated towards amino compounds.
Application
PTA-5 Capillary GC Column was used in solidphase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, performed for the analysis and screening of 21 amphetamine-related compounds in urine.
Other Notes
We offer a variety of chromatography accessories including analytical syringes
