General description

PD MiniTrap™ G-25 is a prepacked, single-use column for cleanup of large biomolecules (such as proteins >5000 Mr) by removal of buffer salts and low molecular weight compounds.

Application

Protein sample preparation. Desalting/Buffer Exchange/Cleanup.

  • Easy-to-use method for desalting and buffer exchange of sample volumes of 0.1 mL to 0.5 mL for gravity and 0.2 mL to 0.5 mL with centrifugation
