General description

Binding of GST to glutathione is flow-rate dependent and lower flow rates often increase the binding capacity. This is important to consider during sample loading and elution.
Glutathione Sepharose 4 Fast Flow is an affinity medium for fast, one-step purification of Glutathione S-Transferase (GST) tagged proteins. Provides good flow properties, excellent for scale-up.

Glutathione Sepharose 4 Fast Flow is used for the purification of GST-tagged proteins from bacterial lysates and other S-tranferases or glutathione-dependent proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function. Sepharose 4 Fast Flow provides good flow properties and is excellent for scaling up.
