Description

General description

This Electroporation buffer is used to dissolve the DNA that is to be transfected into the ES cells. Generally 25-40μg of the knockout construct DNA is dissolved in 30μl of the buffer.

Preparation Note

Store at 2-8°C upto 18 months.
