Biochem/physiol Actions

BD750 is a benzothiazole derivative that inhibits proliferation of T-cells by a mechanism that involves inhibition of STAT5 phosphorylation and expression of cyclin D3 and CDK6. In the presence of BD750, human and mouse T cells stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28, alloantigen, PMA or ConA undergo G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, but express CD25 and CD69 and secrete IL-2 and IL-4. BD750 inhibits delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice.
BD750 is a benzothiazole deriviative, JAK3/STAT5 pathway inhibitor; immunosuppressnt and T-cell proliferation inhibitor.
