Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Aminopeptidase N/CD13.

Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected Aminopeptidase N/CD13 in mouse kidney cortex, mouse kidney medulla, and mouse colon tissue.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A representative lot detected myocardial infarction-/MI-induced infiltration of aminopeptidase N/CD13-positive dendritic cells in murine cardiac tissue (Pereira, F.E., et al. (2013) Cardiovasc. Res. 100(1):74-83).

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse kidney tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected Aminopeptidase N/CD13 in 10 µg of mouse kidney tissue lysate.

Physical properties

~160 kDa observed. The calculated molecular weight is 110 kDa, however Aminopeptidase N/CD13 has been shown as a ~160 kDa band in western blots (Soderberg, et al. (1993). Journal of virology).

Physical form

Purified rat monoclonal IgG2bκ in buffer containing PBS without preservatives.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
