General description

Purified goat polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the α-chain of human IgA.
This Goat Anti-Human IgA, α-Chain Specific is validated for use in Immunoelectrophoresis for the detection of Human IgA, α-Chain Specific.

Other Notes

Monospecific for human immunoglobulin A, α-chain as determined by immunoelectrophoresis with undiluted antibody against 2X pooled human serum and undiluted pooled human plasma. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
