General description

The previously assigned protein identifier Q9UD28 has been merged into P16234. Full details can be found on the UniProt database.

Specificity

Human and Mouse PDGFRα that is phosphorylated on Tyrosine 754 and 762, respectively. Rat is predicted to react based on sequence homology.
Predicted to cross-react with rat based on 100% sequence similarity, but has not been tested.

Immunogen

Peptide corresponding to amino acid region encompassing the human phospho-PDGFRα (Tyr754).
