Application

d5-DG ISTD Mix II or d5-Diglyceride Mixture Internal Standard has been used as an internal standard mixture for diacylglycerol analysis by high-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS2). It has also been used as an internal standard mixture in lipid extraction from 3-hydroxy-isobutyrate (3-HIB)-fed mouse muscle samples and in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) lipidomics.
