This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Chicken IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Peroxidase, Anti-Goat Serum, Chicken IgG and Chicken Serum.
