Application

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

Pre-mRNA-splicing factor RBM22 is a protein encoded by the RBM22 gene in humans and belongs to the SLT11 family. It is a newly discovered RNA-binding motif protein that is involved in pre-splicesome assembly. It interacts with the Ca²⁺ -signaling protein ALG-2, a highly conserved spliceosomal nuclear protein.
