Hesperetin is an aglycon form of flavonoid, which can be found in peels of citrus fruits.[1]
Application
Hesperetin has been used as a standard in studies involving the cytotoxic effect of hesperetin on doxorubicin-resistant MCF-7 cells using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique.[1]

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques
Dietary flavanone with chemopreventive effect.
Autres remarques
For this product we use the non-stereospecific CAS number. It is expected that the natural enantiomer is predominant, however the substance is prone to racemization in solution. The product is therefore not specified stereospecifically and is only recommended to be used for non-stereospecific analysis.
