Description générale

Imazalil is a fungicide mostly used to avoid decay during postharvest. It is mostly used for fruits, vegetables and ornamental plants to control fungi growth.

Application

Imazalil has been used as reference standard in direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) technique for determination of xenobiotics from fruit samples. It may have been used as reference standard in Flow injection photoinduced chemiluminescence method for determination of Imazalil concentration from water samples.
