- Peut traiter jusqu'à quatre membranes à la fois sur une base sous vide à deux faces contrôlées individuellement
- Comporte trois tailles de cadre de support de membrane amovibles : MultiBlot, Mini et Midi, pour accueillir différentes tailles de membrane
- Supports de membrane jetables adaptés aux cadres MultiBlot, Mini et Midi
- L'espaceur de membrane, nécessaire avec le système SNAP id de première génération, est maintenant intégré au nouveau support de membrane
- Options de traitement de membrane prolongé et hors ligne : les cadres possèdent un couvercle et peuvent être retirés de la base pour une incubation prolongée (d'une heure à toute une nuit), une incubation dans un agitateur, ou une incubation à 4 °C
- Comme les cadres peuvent être empilés, il est possible de traiter plusieurs membranes en même temps, pour une immunodétection en 30 minutes avec un signal uniforme sur toute la surface des membranes
- Récupération des anticorps supérieure à 80 % grâce aux plateaux de collecte d'anticorps SNAP id 2.0
- Compatible avec les membranes en nitrocellulose et en poly(fluorure de vinylidène) (PVDF)
- Fonctionne avec la plupart des tampons de blocage et des méthodologies de visualisation (par ex. chimiluminescence, fluorescence ou colorimétrie)
