General description

EF5 Antibody Dilution Buffer with Tween 20 is a convenient preparation for the dilution of the anti-EF5 (clone ELK3-51) conjugated antibodies.

Formulated for use with the EF5 Hypoxia Detection Kits:
• EEF5 Hypoxia Detection Kit, Alexa Fluor 488 (Cat. No. EF5-30A4)
• EEF5 Hypoxia Detection Kit, Cyanine 3 (Cat. No. EF5-30C3)

Application

Anti-EF5 antibodies are typically provided at 2 mg/mL. For optimal IHC tissue staining, anti-EF5 antibodies should be diluted with EF5 Antibody Dilution Buffer with Tween 20 to at least 75 ug/mL.

Preparation Note

Store at -20°C.
