It's important to note that this material is highly sensitive to air and water, so it cannot be guaranteed that the material will not degrade once the ampule has been opened and the contents transferred to a new bottle.

Tetrakis(dimethylamido)titanium(IV) (TDMAT) is a precursor to titanium nitride (TiN) thin films by organometallic chemical vapor deposition (OMCVD)[1]and titanium dioxide thin films by atomic layer deposition (ALD).[2][3][4]TDMAT undergoes exothermal reaction with excess cyclopentadiene to yield tris(dimethylamido)(η5-cyclopentadienyl)titanium(IV).[5]
