General description

Aroclor 1016, a hazardous environmental contaminant, is a complex mixture of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners, prepared by the chlorination of biphenyl.

Application

Aroclor 1016 may be used as a certified reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in environmental matrices using different chromatography techniques.
