Anti-HSP10 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total HSP10 protein.
HSP10 (heat shock protein family E member 1) is a molecular chaperone protein, located in mitochondria. It is encoded by HSPE1 (heat shock protein family E member 1) gene, that is located on human chromosome 2q33.1.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human HSP10.
Immunogen Range: 51-100
Application
Anti-HSP10 antibody has been used in microarray and western blotting.[1]
Biochem/physiol Actions
Overexpression of HSP10 (heat shock protein family E member 1) protein blocks apoptosis and results in poor prognosis of astrocytoma. It participates in immunomodulation and tumor progression.
