Screens for CD-1™ is a stainless-steel celldissociation sieve designed for the preparation of single-cell suspensions fromtissues and fragment polyacrylamide gels.
Application
Screens for CD-1™ have been used for:
filtering tracheids, wood fibers, and ray parenchyma cells from hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid (HPAC)-pretreated oak[1]
in the isolation of enterocytes from Oncorhynchus mykiss intestine[2]
to filter dissociated chicken testicular cells to obtain single-cell suspension[3]
