Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution.

Application

Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline has been used:
  • in microfluidic cell culture of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESC)
  • to dissolve albumin for adsorption studies
  • in PC12 cell culture experiments

Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline 10X is a stock solution used to prepare 1X D-PBS in cell culture grade water (W3500). D-PBS is used to wash cells during preparation and serial transfer.
