Human circulating B lymphocytes transformed with EBV. MH01 was derived from cell line 154 described in the reference given. No exogenous immunogen applied, antibody production was spontaneous.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
