Agar, 15.00

Preparation Note

Suspend 38 g of Pseudomonas Agar (For Fluorescein) in 1000 ml of distilled water containing 10 ml of glycerol (Cat. No. 49767). Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
