The NIST17F is no longer available. The product has been replaced by NIST17G. In comparing the certificates offered by the NIST there does not appear to be any difference. Application
Sucrose Optical Rotation standard reference material (SRM) is intended for use as a saccharimetry standard, used to calibrate polarimetric systems.
Features and Benefits
- Accompanied with certificate documenting NIST-certified values of sucrose mass fraction and non-certified values of carbon and hydrogen mass fraction.
- Certified chemical purity values are determined using a quantitative 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (q1H-NMR).
