Can I freeze stock solutions of Product P7012, Pepsin from porcine gastric mucosa?

When prepared according to instructions (4 mg/mL in cold 10 mM HCl) solutions are stable at -20 °C for approximately 2-3 months. Do not dilute or increase the pH of the solution prior to storage. Please see the link below to review the product information sheet:
