Specificity
Although IL-17A/F was detectable in non-human primate/monkey and canine, the assay has not been validated for these species.
Accuracy:
- Minimum of 5 serum samples spiked with average recovery of 101% with a range of 91-114%
- Minimum of 5 plasma samples spiked with average recovery of 88% with a range of 75-111%
Application

- Adjusted standard curve--changed to 0.3 – 300 pg/mL from 0.59 – 600 pg/mL
