This product is not tested for liposome generation from specific sources. The phospholipid sample should be dissolved in an organic solvent initially. The solvent should then be removed by rotary evaporation, such that a film remains. The film is then hydrated with an aqueous phase and resuspended by shaking or a mechanical shaker to produce multilamellar liposomes. This sample is then placed in the extruder. Hi : what else aside form the LiposoFast device is needed in terms of equipment , consumables etc.. to run a small yield . And also , what is the total yield final output ? Can be added a water-soluble plant extract for a liposomal-herbal preparation?
