Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-18 located at the N-terminus of rat UCH-L1, conjugated to KLH. This sequence is identical in human, mouse, bovine, porcine, and guinea pig UCH-L1. No homology is found with other known UCH-L isoforms.

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
