General description

Naive T cells express the highest molecular weight isoform of CD45, CD45 RA. Those which express CD8 are destined to become cytotoxic T cells. Naive Cytotoxic T cells have not yet been exposed to antigens
Human Peripheral Blood CD8+/CD45RA+ Naive Cytotoxic T cells are isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative immunomagnetic selection. All peripheral blood is collected from fully consented IRB approved donors.
