Biochem/physiol Actions
In Drosophila, PTAR1 (protein prenyltransferase α subunit repeat-containing protein 1) forms a RabGGT (rab geranyl-geranyltransferase) complex with RabGGTβ, and prenylate Rab1 (ras-related protein) and Rab11.
