Biochem/physiol Actions

Zileuton is a 5-Lipoxygenase inhibitor.

Zileuton is an anti-asthmatic, an inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase; the initial enzyme in the biosynthesis of leukotrienes from arachidonic acid.
