Barbital buffer has been used for various purposes, including casting 1% agarose gels and running agarose gel electrophoresis, performing electrophoresis for lipoprotein-X (Lp-X) and lipoprotein separation, as well as for lipoprotein analysis. However, there is no information available for using B5934 in a CIE method for Aspergillus precipitin testing.
