Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are designed and optimised for use in rapid diagnostic lateral flow tests that require superior consistency and performance. Hi-Flow™ Plus 135 (HF135) is suitable for tests where a balance between speed and sensitivity is desired. This Hi-Flow™ Plus 135 pack comprises 5 sample sheets of 4 mil backed nitrocellulose membrane with a nominal capillary flow time of 135 seconds/4 cm.

- Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are suitable for use with all lateral flow test techniques including competitive, sandwich, and multiplex detection assays.
- They are optimised for use in both qualitative and quantitative test types and pair well with lateral flow detector particles including colloidal gold nanoparticles, dyed/ fluorescent microspheres etc.
- Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are suitable for use in lateral flow tests designed to detect analytes present in a broad range of samples matrices including, blood, saliva, urine, nasopharyngeal swabs, sweat and others.
