This Anti-Endothelin Antibody, C-terminus, clone 3G10 is validated for use in IC for the detection of Endothelin.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes the C-terminal region of all endothelins (amino acid residues 15-21) when used as a capture antibody in IRMA assays. The antibody does not cross-react with "big" endothelin.

The monoclonal is presented at in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
