I was wondering what the carbon, nitrogen, phopsphor and mineral content is in this yeast extract.

This product is tested for nitrogen and sodium content only. The nitrogen content is lot-specific with a range of 9-12 %, while the highest allowable sodium content is 5 %. These values are reported on the Certificate of Analysis. The material is not tested for carbon, phosphor, or other mineral content.
