The antibody recognises an antigen on the primary structure of bp37v-myb and cross reacts with v-myb gene product of 45kDa and c-myb gene product of 75kDa. The antibody recognises E26 oncogene product p135gag-myb-ets.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
