Application
9-cis-Antheraxanthin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in the following:
- In petals and pollen extract of Calendula officinalis L. using high-performance liquid chromatography with UV-Vis detection technique.
- In freeze-dried citrus pulp using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-MS/MS).
