General description

Full-length recombinant mature human IL-10 (without the signal peptide).

Specificity

Clone 2H6 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects human interleukin-10 (IL-10).

Application

Affinity binding assay: The binding of Anti-IL-10, clone 2H6, Cat. No. MABF2293, showed a KD value of 1.68 x 10-9, whereas binding to GST showed a KD of 7.22 x 10-3.

Quality

Evaluated by Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) in human tonsil tissue sections.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:250 dilution of this antibody detected IL-10 in human tonsil tissue sections.
