Application

ELISA, Ouchterlony and immunoblotting.

Physical form

Liquid in a solution of 2M Urea in 0.05 M Tris pH 7.0.

Preparation Note

Human fibronectin was isolated from second-trimester amniotic fluid, from amniotic fluid obtained at term and from adult plasma. The amniotic-fluid fibronectins had a slightly higher apparent molecular weight on sodium dodecyl sulphate/polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis than the plasma fibronectin. Early- and late-amniotic-fluid

Protocols

This page covers the ECM coating protocols developed for four types of ECMs on Millicell®-CM inserts, Collagen Type 1, Fibronectin, Laminin, and Matrigel.

Dilute fibronectin for cell attachment, varying per cell type. Coating protocol, products, and FAQs provided.

Diluer la fibronectine à la concentration souhaitée. Les conditions d'adhésion optimales dépendent du type de cellules et de l'application. La concentration de coating standard varie de 1 à 5 µg/cm2. Protocole de coating de fibronectine, produits et FAQ.
