General description

A cell-permeable, potent, selective, and reversible MMP-9 Inhibitor (IC50 = 5 nM). Inhibits MMP-1 (IC50 = 1.05 µM) and MMP-13 (IC50 = 113 nM) only at much higher concentrations.
