Questions

  1. What dilution do you recommend for cell culture for this product?

    1 answer
    1. The recommended dilution for 20-116 Sigma-Aldrich Kinase Inhibitor Cocktail is 1:5, preferably in the cell extraction buffer, so it is already present during lysis. Here are a couple of articles where the inhibitor cocktail has been used:
      - Carcinogenesis. 2007 Jul;28(7):1408-17. Epub 2007 Mar 19.
      - Carcinogenesis. 2008 Mar;29(3):473-9. Epub 2007 Oct 4.
