General description

Method: photometric, SPADNS (Arsenic free) 0.02 - 2.00 mg/l Fˉ Spectroquant®

Fluoride ions react with part of an arsenic-free red zirconium-dye solution to form a colorless complex, which in turn results in a bleaching of the red color (SPADNS method). The concentration of the unconsumed zirconium-dye solution is subsequently determined photometrically. The method is analogous to APHA 4500-F- D.

The Spectroquant® Cell Tests come with prefilled 16 mm round cells and all the required reagents to perform the analysis according to the instruction leaflet provided.
All Spectroquant® Cell and Reagent Test Kits are equipped with the unique Live ID (2D barcode) , which allows seamless method recognition and contains essential information such as lot number, expiry date, and automatic calibration updates.
